Jackets from the Hogan Rebel Collection fall winter 2008-2009

Designed initially for merely one season as a limited editions collection, the male Rebel line of high fashion coats, bags and inventive shoes from Italian luxury brand Hogan is ultimately becoming a brand in its own right. Dedicated specifically to men between 25 and 35 years, the Hogan Rebel line targets a younger and less formal audience than the more classic brand Tod’s. Inspired by the style of legendaries as James Dean, the luxurious coats, footwear and fashion accessories, such as the new sneaker, and the courier bags, declined in warm colors and materials as leather and cotton coated canvas with a stone-washed damaged effect, are meticulously made by the best traditional Italian craftsmen, a strict prerequisite for all high quality products bearing the Hogan and Tod’s label.

Presented in September during Milan Fashion Week, the already third Hogan Rebel collection to revisit the fashion era of the 50s flaunts yet again a variety of jackets, offering various styles for the young fashionable male. The iconic pea coat and bomber jacket with double buckle on the wrist, typical reefer jackets and chic leather jackets are prominent in the collection. The accessories lines are expanded and offer various models of luxury bags in distinct styles and the iconic Rebel shoes for daring young professionals. The Hogan Rebel spring 2009 collection will be available as from early 2009 in expected fifty high-end boutiques around the world, with twenty of the shops in France alone.

All in a spirit that will remind fans of the previous Hogan Rebel lines, strongly inspired on heart throb heroes as Jack Kerouac and James Dean, this collection was preceded by the first two Rebel Hogan collections, respectively presented in the Florence Hogan boutique in January 2007 and January 2008. For the moment, the Italian luxury label only focuses on the male product line, a highly modern fashion line with a fascinating theme of Rebel Hogan for women is expected to launch in the future.
