Longchamp fall winter 08 Legende advertising with Kate Moss

After reflecting for a long time I have decided to start the European Luxury Blog with a first post about the one luxury brand that has a very special place reserved in my heart. For some it might not come as a surprise that it is Longchamp Paris. The French luxury brand has gotten me mesmerized since the day I first laid eyes on their chic bags! I never skip Longchamp when visiting my favourite department store Bon Genie in Geneva, and since the damage always seems so small after having checked the hefty price tags over at the other French big name brands “the Longchamp zone” in my closet is stuffed with a shameful number of Longchamp bags. Together they make a fine collection of timeless and highly elegant leather goods that will never go out of style. Uhm, yes, I need serious help!

My favourite Longchamp pick of this season is the black patent leather Legende bag with red lining. Expected to be the major must-have bag this Fall, the bag has already been spotted on the arm of many style icons as Kate Moss and Madonna. The design and pure line of the Legende bag is directly inspired by old fashioned visiting doctors bags. The Legende comes in four sizes and multiple colours and is available for $980 at Longchamp.
